Sound Bowl Meditation I
Meditation and Sound Bowl healing for All Levels. A sound bath is a group healing experience that uses sound to induce a meditative state. It’s an almost effortless way to achieve a deeper meditation as the sounds help to facilitate shifts in our brainwaves. By using rhythm and frequency, we can entrain our brainwaves to downshift our normal consciousness to a meditative state making it possible for internal healing and insight to take place. Enjoy this restful session to reach a deeper state within!
Yin Yang and Relax I
Give your Wednesday a reset with a relaxing Yin Yang Yoga session for All Levels. Slowing it down with some deepening yet invigorating poses that will lead you straight into bliss. Be prepared for a restful night of relaxation and energizing week ahead. Blankets, cushions, and/or bolsters are recommended (but are not required) to create your most comfortable space!
Yoga Dance Flow
Have you tried Yoga Flow Dance yet? Yoga Flow Dance is a fusion of Yoga Flow and contemporary dance. The yoga asanas are combined with flowing elements of modern dance. Step by step we learn and repeat the single sequences and combine them to a choreography. In the end we can flow and dance through a whole song and enjoy the movements to the music. It’s all about losing yourself to the music and the flow, having fun and dancing from the heart.
Yoga More
Free Flowing Flow for those wanting to take it to the next level. Less time spent on explaining the basics and more time spent moving and incorporated asanas to work together towards more advanced poses, such as arm balancing poses, deeper backbends or inversions. Nevertheless, each class will be adjusted based on each classes' participation, so it will still be class for everybody but basic knowledge of yoga is recommended. You can do it!
